However, the contents of individual courses and the programme for any given award are under constant academic review in light of current circumstances and may change from time to time, with some programmes and courses being modified, discontinued or replaced. The Academy reserves the right at any time to change or amend the details including course and module content, dates, time, locations, fees and the Terms and Conditions.

Please read the Privacy Policy (“Terms”) carefully before accessing or participating in any chatroom, newsgroup, website, transaction or other online forum available at emeraldacademy.co.in, by using and participating in these sites, you signify that you have read these terms and agree to be bound by and comply with them. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms, please promptly exit from site. Emerald Academy reserves the right to modify these terms at any time and will publish notice of any such modifications online at this site or elsewhere online. By continuing to access a site after notice of such modifications has been published, you signify your agreement to be bound by them.

The logo, name and all graphics on the Sites of Emerald Academy are trademarks of Emerald Academy only. Use, reproduction, copying or redistribution of trademarks, without the written permission of Emerald Academy is prohibited. All other trademarks or brand names appearing on the Site are the marks of their respective owners.
Admission of students are non-transferable.
Parents/Guardians are sole responsible for all travel arrangements, accommodation requirements and other costs incurred by the Student/Parent/Guardian relating to attending any Course provided by Emerald Academy.

Refund Policy (Applicable from 1st January 2023)

All the Parents who have enrolled their kid/s at Emerald Academy have agreed to follow all the Rules, Terms and Conditions mentioned here.

1. Fees Once Paid, shall be refundable in the case of cancellation of admission by prior notification to the management within 15 Days from actual date of joining.
2. The refund shall be processed by same mode of payment, which was used by payee during the time of admission. The refund will be processed within the 7 days of cancellation of admission.
3. No refunds will be allowed/granted post completion of 15 days from actual date of joining and student will have to finish the entire academic term by paying all the instalments in time.
4. No Refunds will be granted for those session where students are absent during the lecture/s. Extra lecture/s will also be conducted as per the convenience of the Teacher/Tutor/Support staff.
5. In case parents/guardians wish to discontinue the admission of their ward/Child during any time of the academic year, they are not liable to get any refunds from the academy.
6. No Refunds will be granted in case of Rustication of students taking place due to disciplinary matter (Indecent behaviour/misconduct with Teacher, staff, fellow students. Misuse of Mobile phone or any electronic gadgets. Damaging academy Property intentionally. Actions that may cause harm, threaten fellow students, staff or teacher).
7. All the Finalized fees has to be paid in 2 or 3 Installments as follows: Fees of Rs. 100000/-(One Lakh Rupees only) or less has to be Paid in 2 equal parts (First Installment at the time of admission and Second on or  before 30th September), Fees of Rs. 100001/-(One Lakh and one Rupees only) or More has to be Paid in 3 equal parts (First Installment at the time of admission and Second Installment has to be paid on or before 30th September and third and Last Installment has to be paid on 0r before 25th December). Without prejudice or distortion to alternative rights listed, Failing to Pay the Fees after the Deadline passes Emerald Academy Reserves the Right to cancel the admission or stop the delivery of lectures with immediate effect.
8. Payments can be made at our Premise or on our official website www.emeraldacademy.co.in via all sources including payment gateway, modes of payment are: UPI, Debit Cards (Visa/Master/Rupay Cards), Credit Cards (Visa/Master Cards), Net Banking, Wallets, Cheques, Cash.
9. Credit card, Net Banking, Debit Cards and wallet payments will incur a card surcharge.
10. Payments done through UPI/Debit Cards are surcharge free and no additional fees will be charged for the same.
11. All disputes raised are subject to Ahmedabad jurisdiction only.
12. All the Study Materials, Worksheet, Assignments, Books will be delivered within 15 Days of Enrollment.
