Course Description

There has been a change in the old school norms of selecting streams in our country with an increasing number of students proactively selecting the Commerce stream. This can be attributed to the success of entrepreneurial ventures in the last decade who have successfully created a space for themselves in the global market. The success of such ventures not only proved that there is scope for individual success but also that with a good business outlook one can create an impact. There is a growing demand for professionals who possess good business intellect as well as good management skills, a skill set that is best developed in the Commerce stream. Hence, a career in Commerce is in demand and lucrative.

Apart from the above-mentioned subjects, the students also have to study English along with an elective subject. Informatics Practises, Physical Education, Computer Sciences, Engineering Drawing, Economics, Home Science, and Psychology are some of the popular electives.
